Quit Smoking

Using the power of your mind you can easily become the non-smoker you know you are, there are two session types available for cessation, there is the single session version, which is ideal for those people who feel they can hit this head on and stop with the right help straight away.

The second option is the multi-session version which consists of three sessions that are spaced out over ten days helping you cut down over the course of sessions, this session type is best suited for clients who feel they need to quit gradually.

Weight Managment

Using personalised hypnotherapy sessions clients can effectively lose weight.

Hypnotherapy is very affective in helping with chronic pain, using the power of the mind you can tune out the pain receptors, think about how you can get a papercut and you do not realise it has happened until you actually see the cut that you have done it, using that same unawareness you can use hypnotherapy to block out that pain.

Depression

Depression is on the increase, but it is still hardly spoken about.

Many people go on with their lives as best as they can suffering with their own version of depression, sometimes not even diagnosed by their GP, I strongly recommend if you are ever not feeling quite yourself, it is always best just to check in with your GP just to make sure everything is ok, its never a waste of their time, they are there to make sure you are ok, although I know its not easy to book an appointment, especially with a busy life but if you do all into tis category then keep trying!

I am a trained HypnoAntiDepressant Practioner (H.A.D), and I can help people using a blend of hypnosis and coaching techniques to help people manage and improve their depression, this programme is designed for people suffering from Mild to Moderate Severe Depression, this is judged using a PHQ-9 form and is regularly  checked and updated throughout the sessions.


Depression is a very personal issue, and howw people cope with it is also very personal. Some people are happy to take medication, others would rather not, some take medication and also make life changing differences. Everyone is different and everyone should be treated as an individual. Which is what I do during my personalised H.A.D sessions.

H.A.D sessions are also suitable for people who are on medication for their depression, but in some cases consent from your GP may need to be required before sessions can start.
